Donald Nowland, BCM

Hi there, my name is Donald Nowland and I have been with The Burke Center since our inception in 2016  Most of you know me as “the guy who answers the phone” however, I fulfill the roles of Operations Coordinator and Blended Case Manager. 

In addition to answering phone calls, I can be found working on many behind the scenes tasks such as credentialing, hiring, licensing, and whatever Jessica or any of the team throws my way. You may also find me providing case management services after hours in the event of a mental health emergency, or when our case managers need an extra set of hands on a difficult case.

In my spare time you will find me spending time with my dog Piper, working on my small business making cups, t-shirts, signs and whatever crafty thing I can find. I have been privileged to watch this agency continue to grow year, over year and look forward to our move and further expansion!
